What agents usually want to know.

Does LeadFlow work with both Unlocked CRM and GrowBond?

Yes. The agent selects one destination in the extension, and LeadFlow uses that CRM’s saved connection settings.

Can I pause or stop the bot?

Yes. The control panel includes Pause, Resume, Rest Now, Stop, timer settings, and individual event intervals.

Will it upload the same lead twice?

LeadFlow identifies the current lead using the saved name and phone information and separates CRM delivery from Finalize retries to reduce unnecessary duplicate uploads.

Does Chrome need to remain open?

Yes. Chrome must remain open, the OneLink session must remain logged in, and the computer must stay awake while the bot is operating.

Can I use one license on several computers?

Each plan has a device limit. The portal registers approved devices and prevents activation beyond the assigned limit.

How do updates work?

Your extension validates the installed version against MSQAI.tech. The portal can show a normal update, require an update, or block an unsafe old version.
